Tilawati Level Advancement Appreciation Program Al Azhar 8 Islamic Playground and Kindergarten 2025

Al Azhar 8 Islamic Playground and Kindergarten held the Tilawati Level Advancement Appreciation Program for Kindergarten B students on Friday, 24 January 2025. The event was attended by all parents of Kindergarten B students as a form of support for the process of learning to read the Qur’an from an early age.

The Tilawati Method is one of the Qur’anic reading learning methods implemented at Al Azhar 8 Islamic Playground and Kindergarten. This method has been introduced starting from the Playground level, with learning activities adjusted to the developmental abilities of the children. Through this method, it is expected that students are able to read the Qur’an accurately and correctly from an early age.

The success of the students in achieving their Tilawati level advancement is inseparable from the active involvement and support of parents in accompanying the learning process at home. This appreciation program serves as clear evidence of the strong collaboration between the school and parents in providing the best education, particularly in Qur’anic learning.

The Tilawati Level Advancement Appreciation Program was also attended by Mr. Zein Sarnoto, Head of the Education Division of Yayasan Wakaf Al Muhajirien Jakapermai. His presence provided motivation and encouragement for the students to continue improving their Qur’an reading skills.

Al Azhar 8 Islamic Playground and Kindergarten extends its congratulations to all pious students, both boys and girls, who have successfully advanced to the next Tilawati level. May they remain steadfast and enthusiastic in learning to read the Qur’an.
